Children’s Ministry

children

“Let the little children come to Me, and don’t stop them, because the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.”                                                                    Luke 18:16

We warmly welcome children at all services at St. Stephen & St Mary.

Our aim is to help our children a relationship with God through Jesus Christ.

Kid’s Church is offered to primary school aged children.  It is held in the Old Church at 10am every Sunday during the school term.  Parents who wish to accompany their children are welcome to participate.

For families with younger children or babies, we have a children’s nook in the narthex (entrance hall), stocked with toys, books, and simple craft items.  It is the parents’/carers responsibility to supervise their children when using these items.

Every second Wednesday of the month our Junior Youth Group meets to develop and deepen their Christian faith.  It is suitable for children aged 11 – 16 years.
